As an Associate, Project Manager in the Finance Product & Data Solutions (FPDS) Product Operations team, focusing on Finance Product Governance & Culture, you will play a key role in planning, project management, and execution across the finance product organization. You will drive cultural initiatives from planning to execution in partnership with stakeholders across the FPDS organization to promote team-wide engagement. You will support critical processes across Product Ops with opportunities to engage with executive stakeholders and collaborate with teams across the finance product organization.
General Responsibilities:
Plan, design, manage and execute strategic and tactical project plans to ensure timely delivery
Leverage analytical skills, problem-solving skills and sound judgment to: drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure adherence to scope of deliverables, timeliness and budget; and identify risks and dependencies, and discern appropriate mitigation and/or escalation
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of commitments, inform progress and influence outcomes utilizing a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
Identify and implement ways to improve and streamline business processes, prioritizing standardization and scalability
Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Utilize program tracking and reporting tools to provide visibility and scalable ways to assess value and track value realization
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, OR Process Management, OR Program Management OR a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters or MBA degree
2+ years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Work experience achieving results with complex projects
