Traffic Strategy & Innovation:

  • Actively contribute to developing the necessary capabilities for the company to meet current and future traffic growth plans, such as cutting-edge tools and innovative partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, deriving conclusions to drive the growth and optimization of adidas' digital activities.

Traffic Analysis:

  • Measure the results of traffic generation activities and develop a reporting framework that evaluates dimensions such as awareness, engagement and purchasing behavior.
  • Optimize traffic-generating channels, providing insights into adidas' brand awareness and eCommerce performance.
  • Prepare and share findings with stakeholders across the organization in the form of channel forecasts, business cases and post-mortems.
  • Identify and implement new opportunities to drive growth through traffic optimization.

Collaboration & Consulting:

  • Explain the impact of traffic on business objectives clearly.
  • Collaborate with business units and markets to optimize traffic through data analysis, training and ongoing communication.
  • Work cross-functionally with product domains, Digital and Brand teams to create synergies, address opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Use quantitative analysis to develop insights for effective stakeholder communication.

Best Practices & Toolsets:

  • Develop and implement best practice toolsets and frameworks for continuous optimization of organic and paid media traffic.

If Required – Responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Offsite SEO Program
  • The Senior Manager of Organic Traffic Generation (Offsite SEO) will lead and own initiatives aimed at constantly improving adidas’ organic search performance. In this role, you will manage the Offsite SEO program, focusing on increasing the trustworthiness and authority of our domains. Utilizing SEO data and analytics tools, you will be challenged to deliver scalable frameworks that yield the best results for our brand visibility. Your strategies and initiatives should align with stakeholders' goals and drive incremental growth for the global SEO program across multiple markets, business units, and products.

People Management:

  • Create a supportive work environment where employees are coached, trained and provided with career development opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency using data and team feedback, making appropriate changes to meet business needs.
  • Provide team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets aligned with business needs and Digital objectives.

Requirements,Education & Professional Experience:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in traffic generation, with a strong background in digital marketing within a brand environment
  • Extensive experience working with PR teams to develop and execute offsite SEO strategies
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills, adept at presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a cross-functional organization, developing influential and collaborative relationships with stakeholders from digital and non-digital disciplines on all levels
  • Very good project and account management skills
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written
