Develop and drive the Olympic Sport(s) player strategy for the US
Partner with Team to help scout next generation players and maintain a database of potential signings.
Sign and retain key players, working with both agents and internal stakeholders.
Maintain daily relationships with players, ensuring a premium level of service.
Heavy travel and overtime may be required during peak season, up to 40%.
Support the execution of category initiatives by placing product buys and forecasting distribution of product based on internal event calendar.
Manage the merchandise program for all category related partners
Leverage internal reporting to ensure accurate and timely execution of activations
Coordinate administrative program operations such as order tracking, filing, budgeting and related correspondence.
Coordinate product distributions based on seasonal availability and provide alternate solutions that create opportunities to influence purchasing decisions of the consumer.
Coordinate with Brand Activation on programs related to advertising and collateral materials.
Coordinate athlete travel booking and expense reimbursement.
Assist with the execution of athlete appearances and retail promotions

Qualifications
Four year college or university degree, emphasis in marketing or business preferred.
Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training;
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for a degree.
