Job Description
Technical Role
- Extends technical support in terms of technical mailings, product-related concerns, trainings, seminars, farm visits, field trials, health evaluation/diagnosis & vaccination programming; discusses findings and provides recommendations to internal & external customers
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs in the registration of products
- Effective collaboration with marketing & sales teams to attain targets
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders for knowledge enhancement and address customer concerns
- Effectively collaborate with regional & global teams
- Strategize on the enhancement of technical competitiveness focusing on differentiation & innovation
Hatchery Role
- Manage the company hatchery team including 3rd Party vaccination crew and maintenance team in support of sales
- Liaise with customers’ hatchery team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Marketing Specialist on work related concerns.
- Ensure that inventory and maintenance of all equipment, spare parts and hatchery peripherals are updated
- Provide timely and complete audit reports where needed
- Perform other functions related to his/her work
Qualification and Skills Required
- Min Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or related field
- At least 2 years technical work experience
- Leadership capabilities. Experience in leading a team.
- Ability to travel nation wide
