Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Develops and implements EA program strategies.
Manages and oversees EA Programs that consist of multiple, high-profile, and complex projects that span multiple fiscal years, several business units and carry significant enterprise-wide impact.
Manages and provides leadership to a cohesive team of architects, external experts, and consultants.
Responsible for Change Management and Communication needed for the successful adoption of EA practice, reporting on KPI’s in collaboration with an EA lead, designing and developing effective communications.
With support from leadership, manages competing demands through negotiation and compromise to ensure that the holistic needs of the architecture practice are met.
Drives Enterprise Architecture process and evangelize the architecture community of practice.
Supports initiatives such as Developing Architecture Strategies, and the Architecture Governance process.
Communicates with leadership on program strategy, direction, and changes.
Monitors, measures, and reports on all EA activities to Leadership
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree ( concluded )
10+ years’ experience in Information Technology project / program manager role working with large teams scattered across the globe
Able to articulate and communicate to all levels of teams and leaders
Proficient with O365 tools such as SharePoint online, Excel online, PowerPoint online, MS Project, MS Teams – to support strategic reporting and governance.
Advance English Level

Preferred qualifications:
Roll up sleeves and get hands dirty when needed – (ex: doing some data analysis in excel, learn the architecture tool LeanIX to get in and look at some data to ensure progress etc..)
Familiarity / Experience in Enterprise Architecture is a plus
