Technical Consultant
Professional Services Engineer
In this role you will support the Israeli install base by installations, upgrades, and product issues.
You will be part of the Israel Service Engineer support team for a complex enterprise system in the medical devices domain. The team is part of S&SD (Service and Solution Delivery) and responsible for product support in all levels, starting from the interface and up to the end user.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on boarding customer-specific configurations, Integrations and business requirements for new and existing customers.
- Responsible for on premise software upgrades for complex environments
- Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers.
- Utilize experience and knowledge of resolving complex problems.
- Learn, implement and teach best practices for implementation and configuration of company products.
- Develop software, tests and tools to ease integration in professional service field.
- Produce and review product documentation and training materials to ensure content accuracy and supportability of company products.
- Transfer customer specific knowledge and documentation to the support team post successful customer on boarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering/computer science
- At least 3 years of experience within a similar role – mandatory
- Work experience with VM, MS servers, network, storage, Oracle (Infrastructure and SQL)- mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience with Windows based systems- mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
