As an Engineering Project Manager you will need to scope, plan and execute projects from initial definition to launch, effectively communicate project status, drive multiple technical and non-technical cross-functional teams as well as identify and manage project dependencies and risks.Key Responsibilities:- Drive projects end-to-end, from initial scoping to launch.- Proactively identify risks, define mitigation plans and drive activities for resolution.- Communicate project updates and status effectively and in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end with a strong foundation in project management principles.
- Skilled in daily project oversight, with strengths in organization, team leadership, and attention to detail.
- Results-driven and proactive self-starter, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Strong technical intuition, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex engineering problems.
- Highly Effective in cross-functional collaboration, aligning technical and non-technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Highly effective communicator, adept at simplifying complexity for transparency and accuracy and able to influence across diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English. The position requires daily interactions with multiple teams and partners across the globe, requiring communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing software development projects through all phases: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with payment industry regulations.
- Understanding of product management principles, including go-to-market strategies.
- Highly motivated and curious, with a focus on action, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in business scenarios, project scope, timelines, and resources.
- French language skills considered an asset.
