As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. • Led and managed a portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Developed and implemented project management methodologies, standards, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
• Led through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolved.
• Exhibited strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Communicated effectively with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experienced in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Thought strategically with strong problem-solving skills.
• Oriented towards detail and highly organized.
• Adapted and thrived in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Held a PMP, PgMP, or similar certification, which is highly desirable.
