Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot manufacturing problems on dies.
- Work with and advise Tool & Die Makers, Machinists and Mechanics on die issues.
- Manage component inventories.
- Manage tool Maintenance schedules.
- Utilize CNC: CMM, EDM and Mill to maintain Dies.
- Pull and set tooling as required for troubleshooting.
- Clean machines and tool room equipment.
- Hold dimensional tolerances called out on drawings.
- Read blueprints.
- Review and Revise prints.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies.
- Must observe all good housekeeping practices.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
- Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance .
- Safety glasses, hairnet, face/beard cover, gloves, slip resistant steel toed safety shoes and hearing protection as required
Education
- High School Diploma Technical certificate in Precision Machining/Mechanical Engineering required
Work Experience
- 1 Year of Machining experience with Lathe & Mill, or trade school
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

None: No travel required
Physical Requirements
Light-Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.
