Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs

Join a team of development program professionals to manage& lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of theCBT leader, to execute development programs of significant size &complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirementswhile demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thoroughunderstanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence).You will lead the strategic pursuits and execution of Space based OpticalCommunications programs that are complex in nature and span several majordomestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technologydevelopment and production across locations. You will define, generate &implement program plans.

  • Define & Generate Program Plans

  • Understand budget/schedule
  • Adhere to the IPDS process
  • Execute the Management OS
  • Collaborate, Direct, Lead
  • Coordinate with Functions
  • Facilitate forecast analysis
  • Facilitate capacity analysis
  • Mentor members of team
  • Present programmatic details
  • Summarize key issues & actions

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management for complex engineering development programs.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development.
