Support developing marketing pitches and investment ideas presentations and assist in preparing, reviewing and approving investment performance review presentations
Support Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client documentation and processes and Suitability assessments and reporting
Assist in account opening process and internal preparation to facilitate subsequent investments
Monitor client accounts and provide basic client information management
Daily account administration
Contact point with Account Opening teams, Supervisory Management, Risk Management and Investor Support teams
Team liaison with Operations and Client Service Specialist teams
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
University degree, preferably in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent)
Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
Good judgment and problem solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
