- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high-quality developer-focused documentation, including tutorials, API references, and code examples.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates.
- Develop and maintain style guides and best practices for technical writing.
- Work with the support team to identify gaps in documentation that are causing customer pain points.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base of developer-focused content.
- Specific skills:
- 8+ years technical writing experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a DevEx or other developer-focused content roles.
- Experience using Git and docs-as-code
- Experience with GenAI applications and development
- Experience documenting programming and querying languages
- Experience documenting REST APIs
