WHAT YOU’LL DO
- ct as the point of contact, control, and follow-up on key finance activities and KPIs.
- Advise about trends, risks, and opportunities and enable data-driven decisions.
- Develop and manage long-range strategic planning models.
- Provide deep analytics and communicate effectively to senior leadership.
- Analyze the company’s ARR and customers base, track actual financial data and build revenue and spending forecast.
- Partner with various teams including Accounting, Engineering, G&A and GTM to ensure the forecasts are in sync with the company’s strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field - Must.
- Experience working in hyper-growth SaaS companies, public companies’ experience.
- Financial analysis skills with ability to pick up on financial trends and communicate effectively to ensure the business can take appropriate actions.
- High-level of proficiency in MS office, Excel especially.
- Attention to details and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
- Analytical approach to work with the ability to challenge results and help enhancereporting methodologies.
- Results-oriented individual with a drive for continuous improvement and proven success in achieving goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- BA/BS degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Workday adaptive planning, Tableau and Salesforce proficiency - Advantage
