In this position, you will play a critical role in the process, well-managed documentation and project management of our marketing efforts. You will be part of a larger cross-functional team working in an agile environment to bring messages to market in our main channels. This means championing the go-to-market process and coordinating the team’s tasks to ensure deliverables and timelines are met, using work back plans and exceptional project management tactics along the way.

General Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Project Manager you will:

• Drive forward cross-functional projects based on defined priorities, ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met

• Identify delivery risks and well-managed issues in order to mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts

• Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery

• Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status

• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize our processes and improve the efficiency of our marketing operations

• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

• Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

• Autonomously prioritize multiple priorities and strong time management skills

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters / MBA degree
• At least 4+ years of Project Management experience
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing channels
• 1+ year of experience working in an agile environment

McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Project Manager Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project Manager New York, NY: $103,200 - $117,800 for Sr. Project ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
