7+ years of strategy, business development and partnerships experience

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a high level of comfort escalating and presenting to senior management when appropriate
Excellent project management ability, capable of leading multiple time-sensitive cross-functional projects
Experience working in the small business lending industry a plus
