As a Product Marketing Manager, you will facilitate the end-to-end planning and execution of Product Marketing programs to deliver success for our business. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to build product awareness and growth, and experience building excellent working relationships across stakeholders. You can work on both creative marketing initiatives and data-driven strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role and requires someone who is a strong self-starter and is operationally-minded.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the charge: Facilitate end-to-end planning and execution of Product Marketing programs, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Forge strong partnerships: Establish goals, roadmaps, and operational models for effective cross-functional engagement within the business.
- Navigate the organization: Build relationships with a diverse range of partners and contributors, including Marketing, Creative, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
- Lead pricing & packaging initiatives: Partner with key stakeholders to develop holistic launch plans.
- Drive results: Define initiative-level roadmaps, ensure work delivers on goals, and steer programs to successful completion.
- Operationalize success: Establish communication structures, project templates, resource management, and leadership updates.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks: Identify and proactively address potential obstacles and risks across multiple teams.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, with 1-2+ years of go-to-market experience
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and cross-functional partners simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience translating complex features into clear and concise benefits for customers
- Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders
- Strong bias for action
