Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the construction of the structure/core & shell of a major hospital building, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Executive to align project goals and deliverables with overall program objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and hospital administration, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction and workmanship.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the project team.
You will oversee design and construction, addressing and resolving complex project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements. As the Owner's Representative and strategic expert, you will ensure the progress and technical performance of a project, in addition to its schedule, cost, scope, and team safety. Your role is crucial for maintaining connectivity within our company, and we will provide the necessary support to ensure your success.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.
- 10+ years of related healthcare design and construction project management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building.
- Proven experience managing large hospital projects.
Ideally, You will have:
- Proven experience managing $1 Billion+ hospital projects.
