As a Finance Analyst here at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights,and driving financial performance. You will work closely with cross-functionalteams to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Yourexpertise in financial thoughtfulness and strategic thinking will contribute tothe overall success of our finance department. You will report directly to ourFinance Manager and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybridwork schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on thefinancial performance of the company by providing accurate and timely financialthoughtfulness, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficiency infinancial processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze financial data and provideinsights to facilitate decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports andpresentations for management review.
• Assist in budgeting and forecastingprocesses.
• Monitor and analyze financialperformance against targets.
• Identify areas of cost savings andprocess improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams toensure accurate financial reporting Responsible for month end GLanalysis, adjusting journal entries, accruals and reconciliations, billingprocess for several vendors.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial thoughtfulness or related roles
• Experience with SAP or other financial systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong thoughtfulness and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data thoughtfulness tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Intermediate English level
