• Full Stack Developers responsible for developing and designing front end/back end application.

• Delivering and supporting a technical solution for Codebeamer (ALM tooling) and requires a person who has expertise in developing, maintaining, and supporting automation workflows in Codebeamer as well as maintaining other Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.

• Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision or direction.

• Strong technical, interpersonal and organizational skills a must. Demonstrated success in developing software for larger multi-disciplined groups required.

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices required including experience with several SCM tools (GitHub, SVN) and build tools such as Maven.

• Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.

• Work with analyst and development teams to develop innovative technical solutions, provide input to project roadmaps, provide estimates for technical components and technical consulting as required.

• ALM products like Codebeamer, JIRA Customization with Workflow Schemes, workflows, Permissions, User/Group access controls, Notifications, Screens, Fields, Issue types, various other scheme settings, post functions/validators with workflow transitions, custom configurations with add-ons/plug-in's and even more customizations with JIRA code and REST API

• Ensure Code quality and participate in the code review meetings.

• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products

• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, java EE, Ruby Rails, Python, including object-oriented design

• Should have 5-7 years of work experience.

• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net.

• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Node.js.

• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.

• PERFORMANCE testing experience with relevant automation and monitoring tools

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with Agile Scrum Methodology

• Experience with software development, including J2EE design patterns and frameworks, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Facelets, XML/XSLT, Web 3.0, Node js, web services, SOAP, REST, MangoDB and JMS.

• Expertise in managing Cloud / VMWare resources and good exposure on Dockers

• ALM Tools: Codebeamer, JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo

• DevOps Tools: Nexus Repository, SonarQube, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, Ansible,

• Working knowledge of Automated Test and Test Management Tools (e.g. HP ALM, JMeter etc.).

Additional qualifications

• Certifications in relevant tools & technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).

5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

• 3+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with Full-stack Application Development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

• 1+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.
