• Leading and inspiring teams in a highly functioning organization where everyone is empowered to do their best work and prioritizing cross-team 6+ month projects.
• 7+ years of software development management on Windows, MacOS, Linux, and/or iOS and Android
• Strong experience in managing Agile-based development teams, as well as experience with code collaboration tools, GitHub and or Perforce, C++ development, and experience communicating directly with customers, product management, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstration of a solid high-level understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols including IP (v4 and v6), TCP, and UDP.
• Knowledge of network security concepts including Encryption, Key Negotiation, and Certificates/PKI, and network security protocols including SSL/TLS/DTLS, IKE/IPSec, EAP protocols, RADIUS, and 802.11i.
