Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years Technical Program Management experience involving technology, business, and operational deliverables.
- 4+ years of experience driving software technology-based programs and organizational change; strong proficiency in SDLC, especially Agile, required.
- 2+ years of experience driving extremely large, data at scale, technical programs across multiple business units.
- Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple locations.
- PMI PMP certification is strongly desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills with proven creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Critical soft skills: collaborating, influencing, emotional intelligence.
- Ability to innovate under new and/or changing conditions.
- Experience in product or customer financial services is a plus.
