Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Associate you will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for defined/specific business area(s). Be Responsible for ensuring candidates have an exceptional candidate experience and work independently in order to plan and deliver business area(s) recruitment strategy with little or no supervision. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Increase engagement of key business stakeholders across the service line by building and developing network and relationships
  • Develop recruitment plans – for experienced hire, mobilize resources for delivery
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies for specialist skill sets across all appropriate sub service lines
  • Liaise with business to understand requisitions, develop detailed job template and develop pre-screening criteria
  • Build relationships with external agencies and develop networks to support candidate identification and sourcing
  • Engage with business stakeholders and obtain their involvement in the selection process – assessments, interviews etc.
  • Conduct discussions and review decisions around offer terms to arrive at mutually agreeable conditions
  • Evaluate sourcing channels (internal, external) using analytics in coordination with HR enablement and shared services

Skills and attributes for success

  • Adding value by demonstrating a thorough understanding of trends and market knowledge of sector applying knowledge and experience to inform actions and adapt sourcing plans and improve recruitment processes
  • Planning, organising and delivering appropriate recruitment plans based on a thorough understanding of recruitment methods and concepts working with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrating an understanding of assessment methods e.g. competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing, technical testing and assessment centres
  • Collaboration with regional and functional leads (campus recruitment, experienced hire recruitment, mobility, talent Sourcing and employer branding)

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Approximately 4-6 years of experienced hire recruitment experience, preferably from a professional services environment
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of recruiting end to end attracting candidates up to Director from a variety of sources - headhunting candidates directly for vacancies, resourcing candidates from job boards, recruitment systems, mapping, internal networks and Search etc
  • Proven track record of managing and executing specialist or complex recruitment briefs, including senior hires, with minimal guidance

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Ability to quickly pick up full account management of key recruitment areas and able to establish their self as a valued and trusted recruitment business partner
  • Able to work independently but able to readily identify when to share information with immediate team (for knowledge or best practise) or when to escalate significant issues
