The Chief of Staff roles within Ford's Connected Vehicle Software (CVS) group are crucial positions designed to drive alignment, promote communication, and support strategic and operational initiatives within the organization. This role will work closely with one or more CVS functional leaders (e.g., Infotainment, DevOps, System Architecture & Integration) to ensure the effective execution of objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Chiefs of Staff within the CVS group maintain close cross-functional communication to ensure consistent processes and excellence in organizational delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience deploying a blend of strategic, operational, and leadership skills – especially in dynamic and highly technical environments. They are adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess exceptional critical thinking skills. They enjoy solving complex problems, are adept at communicating with colleagues at all levels, and operate with a strong bias for action.
