By joining our Payments product team as a Product Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to build our revenue engine. You’ll own the systems that drive our pricing, collections, benefits, and coupon capabilities, ensuring our business models are robust and scalable.
Qualifications- A proven track record of 3+ years as a Product Manager, demonstrating expertise in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex technical products.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and navigate diverse business models and channels.
- You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplines—marketing, sales, design, finance, ops, engineering, etc. You help give everyone a voice. You’re the conductor, not the lead singer, and softly leading without forced authority is key.
- Ability to work in a global environment and possess a high level of English proficiency.
- You are a self-starter with a bias for action. You can execute complex projects under time and resource constraints and competing priorities.
- “Why” is your keyword. You’re curious about why things happen and constantly challenge how they work.
- You’re a storyteller who can articulate a compelling narrative people want to care about. You can also clearly present your ideas and write them down to get buy-in.
Bonus points- Experience PMing products in billing, fintech, or payments..
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure business impact.
- Familiarity with various pricing strategies and revenue recognition principles.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact- You'll define and execute the product roadmap for our billing systems, working closely with engineering to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that build our revenue engine.
- You'll collaborate daily with our finance team, understanding their needs and challenges to build features that optimize payment collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Deeply understand user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and drive product innovation within the payments ecosystem
- Define the business and technical requirements for products and features. Write clear and concise product specs, and other product documentation.
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance, measure success, and prioritize features for maximum impact.
- Build, maintain, and keep the integrity of a complex payment network that moves money to thousands of businesses across the US.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with the company’s goals to address market needs and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with Data, Ops, Finance & Engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale delightful payment experiences.
