Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
Experience in people management.
Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to communicate with and serve Urdu speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
Knowledge of Pakistan's technology and advertising landscape, with an understanding of Pakistan’s Gaming, Fintech, and Mobile apps industries.
Ability to contribute to the growth and development of Pakistan's Tech industry, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and drive results across multiple teams with minimal guidance and formal support.
Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
