Key Responsibilities

• Requires specialized in depth knowledge and expertise in multiple technologies to provide innovative solutions, solve complex problems, and influence strategy and process. Interprets internal and external business requirements to recommend best practices. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead functional teams or projects.

• Technical SME for 2 or moredisciplines/technologiesand/or processes, Identify and execute continuous improvement projects for existing systems, Recommend architectural changes as perceived needs arise, Serve as single-technology workgroup lead for operational contractors

• Resolve more complex problem tickets, Identify and resolve problem level tickets, Respond and lead multiple system outages, Support cross functional initiatives as required

• Defines and develops IT project portfolio management compliance KPIs. Coordinates project portfolio reivews, resource planning, and vendor performance reviews.

• Conducts internal/external reviews and audits, collaborating on internal and external expectations. Coordinates resolutions of audit findings.

• Monitors and reports on core IT compliance processes, including project and program management methodology and documentation.

• Manages contingent workers for both project and support Services and project execution. Responsible for timely onboarding, offboarding and renewal of contingent workers and review and approval of contingent workers timesheets. Enforces adherence to compliance processes and procedures.

• Supports globalmessagingsystems,databaseor utilities softwarewithin Office 365environment.

  Plans,conductsand directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems.Including but not limited to Messaging, Office, and similar collaboration services.

  Must have10+years of experience andknowledge withExchange,Office 365, collaboration, and securityservices.

  Must be knowledgeable ofExchange email systemson premise and in the cloud,

  Must be able to supportEXOcalendaring/ room reservation issues,Teams,and other M365services

  Alsoprefer someone who hasbaseknowledge ofPowershell,.Net,and scripting languages.Alsoexperiencewith OfficeProPlus, Win10, and Microsoft’s upgrade processes.

  Must havebaseknowledge ofPowershell,.Net,and scripting languages.Working knowledge ofProPlus, Win10, and Microsoft’s upgrade processes.Must know how to useService Nowor have familiarity with ticket handling systems. Base knowledge of ITIL standards a plus.
