What you’ll do:

As the Chief AI Scientist expert within the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy, driving innovation, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. As an individual contributor, you will work across many teams, helping drive strategic architecture decisions, built rapid prototypes, and drive incubation initiatives to production by working in cross-functional teams.

What you bring:

Required:

• Minimum of 10+ years of post-graduate, international professional experience in research and/or software development
• Extensive knowledge of Generative AI and large language models
• Extensive experience architecting large scale cloud offerings, with understanding of both AI, Machine Learning and Software Engineering concepts
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala, along with experience working with data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor cross-functional teams.
