What you`ll do:

In this role you will:

• Create and maintain interaction flows, ensuring component-level compliance across all designs.
• Conduct or collaborate on research, usability testing and validation to inform design decisions.
• Ensure design feasibility and seamless handoff of detailed UX specifications to engineering teams.
• Actively engage with product managers, engineering, research, and content strategists to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment.
• Actively contribute to or lead end-to-end design flows, encompassing both UI and interaction elements.
• Translate complex requirements into coherent user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, UX specifications and interactive prototypes.

What you bring:

• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in an enterprise software context.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 design libraries, experience with design systems, and/or experience in a B2B security-related domain are strong advantages.
• A design portfolio of your creative or standardized and systematic design solutions.
• Experience in conducting or participating in user testing and validation sessions.
• Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content strategists.
• A solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and component-level compliance, including UX consistency and accessibility standards.
• Ability to align user flows with business and technical goals, coupled with a strong focus on delivering high-quality UX deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks.
