Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business integration efforts in the cardiac and interventional space, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve market share, in conjunction with business GMs. Provide targeted support for long-range strategic planning process
  • Create new markets with a focus on the cardio and interventional care area, Drive customer engagements such as advisory boards
  • Design and lead impactful operating mechanisms across the business unit, supporting a global leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to ensure successful integration and execution of business strategies.
  • Work across the GMs, Business Development and the leadership team to develop and foster strategic alliances with external organizations , drive ecosystem development, Go-to-Market (GTM) partnerships and M&A execution
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the integration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integration efforts and business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Deep clinical expertise in Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, or Interventional Cardiology.
  • Proven experience in leading business integration efforts in a corporate environment, and in building high-performing teams at start-up level.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful market creation and implementation of strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the cardiac and interventional space.
