Responsibilities

• Development of presentation and communication material for executive and regulatory updates on the MCA Program.
• Coordination of critical initiatives across the MCA team to ensure timely response.
• Development of MCA team employee engagement strategy
• Management of MCA team collaboration tools to drive efficient MCA team interactions and knowledge sharing including management of reference documents and cross team project lists.
• Tracking of MCA team budget and resources

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services with roles managing controls or MCA programs.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel and with Teams collaboration tools.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational influencing skills required.
• Third party vendor management preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts
• Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to comprehend the big pictures with high attention to critical details
• Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies and enhance team efficiency through use of collaboration tools.

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
