Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Day-to-Day Project Controls: Oversee activities on various programs/projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Report and Forecast: Routinely analyse cost, schedule, and resource trends, providing reliable forecasts to keep projects on track.
- Lead Bid Team: Play a vital role in engaging submissions, including pricing and commercial aspects, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate Closely: Work alongside internal and external clients on project strategy, leadership, change management, business system applications, and rollout initiatives.
- Conduct Schedule Risk Analyses: Perform comprehensive project risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Tertiary Degree: Hold a relevant degree with experience in Project Control Systems and software, including Cost Control Systems, Power Bi, MS Project and P6.
- Engaged and Collaborative: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Skilled Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible Attendance: While we offer flexible working benefits, attendance at the client office 3-4 days per week is required.
