The Collateralized Loan Obligation Group (CLO) is a division within Global Corporate Trust and Custody. CLOs are structured finance vehicles that issue both debt and equity liabilities, with the proceeds being used to buy a portfolio of collateral. Typical types of collateral include syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, ABS, MBS, and Mezzanine debt. Investors can choose between a variety of risk return options.

In addition to essential functions, position responsibilities include: handling the higher level, most complex deals and/or clients, providing guidance and back up to other CLO Deal administrators (as needed) including commenting on and resolving daily SLA reporting items. Accurately review daily work, aid Deal administrators with training, trouble-shooting and issue resolution. Complete tasks such as audit requests as needed. Serve as liaison between customers and user units by responding to and resolving sensitive and complex issues in order to promote good customer/employee relations; following up as necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Raise issues to Team Manager and/or Relationship Manager as needed. Assist in identifying and executing operational improvements and department projects Assists manager by providing coverage on deals (as required) and work load distribution. - Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically four or more years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,345.00 - $95,700.00 - $105,270.00
