DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) software solutions. Customize IAM components to meet specific business requirements and integrate with existing systems. Implement industry-standard protocols to enable seamless identity federation and single sign-on across different systems, user authentication and authorization. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Consultant (IT), or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Consultant (IT), or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: identity access management (IAM) technologies and frameworks; IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and identity federation; IAM standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, or OpenID Connect; Transmit Security or ForgeRock products; Java; JavaScript or Groovy; Spring; Spring Boot; Spring Security; Maven; Hibernate; JDBC; Junit; SOAP; RESTful APIs; Apache Tomcat; MySQL; MongoDB; Node.js; ReactJS; HTML; CSS; jQuery; Material UI; Linux; Bash or Shell scripting; Jenkins; Docker; Kubernetes; and Git.
