Your day-to-day
Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, in-country Marketing teams, etc.) to ensure localization requirements are implemented and the localization processes are effective and well understood.
Schedule, manage, coordinate, track, and troubleshoot localization projects and tasks for multiple locales/languages for a variety of deliverables.
Evangelize localization best practices and ensure both external and internal partners compliance.
What do you need to bring
2+ years experience as a Localization Project/Program Manager
Ability to identify requirements, prioritize critical deliverables and clearly articulate status updates to different audiences filtering relevant information
Excellent written and spoken English skills as well as fluency in at least one other language
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with translation management systems and Jira
Experience as an excellent team player in a multicultural team
Exceptional attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills
