Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience in business-to-business marketing including, events, field and pipeline marketing.
5 years of experience with people management.
Experience in managing direct and cross-functional teams to increase company business growth and awareness through well-executed marketing efforts.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience planning and executing multiple marketing programs with cross-functional stakeholders, specifically working with field sales leadership and teams.
Experience exceeding expectations in previous roles, showcasing excellent execution, problem-solving skills, creativity, with the ability to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
Ability to attract, retain and grow talent.
Excellent executive and operational communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
