You’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting fabrication production lines in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements.
• Conduct studies (researching, gathering, comparing, computing, and evaluating data) to determine improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and safety then plan and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain systems associated with production processes, layouts, flow, equipment, and communications.
• Work with colleagues to develop and implement great, new ideas that consist of but not limited to the development of standard work/training guidelines for new teammates.
• Collaborate and work with cross functional teams such as Engineering and Finance to achieve plant goals (quality, manufacturing, materials, design, engineering, and finance).
• Performing other work as advised by Supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a fabrication role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in fabrication, lean concepts, basic shop math, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Language.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• CAD experience and knowledge

• The pay range for this position is $44,520.00 - $76,320.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
