- Master's degree in a human research-oriented field (e.g., Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Social Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing human computation programs.
- 10 years of experience in theoretical and practical implementation of natural language processing (NLP) solutions that leverage linguistic knowledge.
- 5 years of experience with coding or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or XLM/HTML/CSS/Javascript).
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 10 years of experience in theory and practice of human annotation work.
- 10 years of experience in scripting and text processing.
- 10 years of experience with concepts and terminology in the domain, including best practices, current issues or controversies, and problems and pitfalls.
