As a Project Coordinator Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing project management and delivery. You’ll work with the Project Management Construction Management (PMCM) Operations team providing technical and administrative support to our team as well as clients, most importantly helping us stay connected. Coordinating meetings, capturing action items, and communicating deadlines and deliverables to the team. With your technical aptitude, you will collaborate with the team bridging gaps as you assist with Project Management, Construction Administration, Document Controls, People Management, Compliance, along with other responsibilities as required.
Experience within healthcare environment, construction administration / or project cost controls, and document controls
Intermediate level skills with MS Excel, Databases, Power BI and dashboard development, MS Project
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
Intermediate level experience with construction management software (Prolog, E-builder, or like) and/or scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project)
