About the Role:

As you grow with us, you’ll become the technical lead who works with our customers to understand their IT challenges and you will design solutions that make a real difference. Your passion for technology will excite our customers and deliver exceptional outcomes that they will love.

What You’ll Do:

Over the course of 12 months, you’ll build a strong foundation in networking concepts and hone your pre-sales skills by working across various areas of our Sales Engineering organization. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Program Enhancements: Help deploy best practices that shape our future.
  • Partner Inquiries: Respond to technical questions from our partners and help them succeed.
  • Collaboration: Team up on projects that deepen your product knowledge and expertise.
  • Customer Engagement: Attend and assist with onsite presentations, solution demos, and more.
  • Technical Support: Prepare responses to customer proposals and follow up on their questions.
  • Lab Work: Develop proof-of-concept configurations and see your ideas in action.
  • Training & Workshops: Lead sessions that empower others with your newfound knowledge.
  • Innovate: Continuously learn and build solutions that truly meet customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field like Engineering or Computer Science
  • Strong communication skills—both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of computer networking solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking and OS virtualization is a plus.
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a bonus.
