Description
- Tackle and run silicon validation hardware programs and processes, including board design, specification and schematic approvals, factory builds.- Define allocation requirements for multiple silicon validation teams and work with system teams to acquire the hardware vital to complete silicon validation plans within tightly defined schedules.- Handle issue reporting and communication of program risks and status.- Technical understanding of system design and silicon validation planning.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS in Engineering.
  • Coursework and/or internship experience in hardware design and/or project management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands on experience in silicon design, verification, or validation.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to encourage team members with a dedication to see the bigger picture.
  • Tackle to find workable solutions when unforeseen issues arise.
  • Committed to improvement to own/drive project development using well-defined metrics.
  • Shown experience running hardware projects from concept to production is considered a plus.
  • Experience managing, organizing, and maintaining multiple projects simultaneously
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $56.65 and $85.52/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
