What you'll do

• DevOps Support:
  • Assist in maintaining cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and security of production environments.
    
• Service Support:
  • Provide first-level support for incidents and requests related to IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot system and application issues; escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts and performance issues.
    
• Automation & Scripting:
  • Write scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tools for system monitoring and maintenance.

• Preferred fields of study: Computer Sciense or similar
• Computer skills: Python
• Language skills: fluent in English
