Your key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Lead the development and execution of the technology consulting strategy for the Life Sciences Commercial Technology practice.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
  1. Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key senior clients, understanding their unique challenges and providing advisory as well as technology solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the implementation of innovative technologies to enhance commercial effectiveness.
    • Bring the best of EY Thought Leadership and collaboration to clients helping them to solve their challenges and drive growth through high performance.
  1. People Development:
    • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusiveness and diversity
    • Provide training and support to team members on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  1. Business Development & Partnerships:
    • Drive business development efforts by identifying and converting new opportunities
    • Leverage Partner relationships to bring the best of the EY’s partner ecosystem to identify and drive value for our clients and partners
  1. Market Insights:

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Considerable proven experience in technology consulting, with a focus on the Life sciences Industry in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of the Commercial landscape in life sciences, from a business and technology standpoint.
  • Proven track record of leading successful consulting engagements and managing client relationships.
  • Proven track record or working with and developing external partnerships & alliances such as with Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with commercial transformation technologies, data analytics, and the major CRM systems & players relevant to life sciences.
