This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Global Salesby driving the implementation of programs, policies and processes for our Retail organization in all relevant markets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Embed and live a consumer-firstmindset, to drive operational excellence across all markets
- Independently take ownership of assigned project work to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives.
- Complete pre-project analysis, capturing current processes and practices across markets, using data to define best practice with internal and external benchmarking.
- Build comprehensive project plans for each project including success measures from all stakeholders, commercial implications and timelines.
- Test projects in pilot environments where required.
- Track progress of all assigned initiatives
- Take ownership for supporting documentation (program, process, policy) working with cross-functional teams, to develop and deliver market and store training.
- Contribute to a culture of sharing and adopting global best practice.
- Support improvement ofcommunication to and frommarkets/countries/clusters/districts/stores
- Manage and lead additional retail priorities and workstreams assigned by your manager.
- Other duties as requested by line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ yearsretail management / retail operations /project management experience in a retail environment.
- 2+ years project management experience
- Experience in or exposure to internal/external communications/PR is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, influencing, stakeholder management)
