In this role, you will:

• Lead complex technology Cloud initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact.
• Act as a key contributor in automating the provisioning of Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as a Code.
• Make decisions in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering and large-scale technology solutions. Design, Optimization and Documentation of the Engineering aspects of the Cloud platform.
• Understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
• Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions in Cloud for strategic business objectives and solving technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple parameters, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors.
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.
• Build and Enable cloud infrastructure, automate the orchestration of the entire Azure/GCP Cloud Platforms for Wells Fargo Enterprise.
• Working in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust Cloud centric solutions.
• Closely working with Product Team and Vendors to develop and deploy Cloud services to meet customer expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Overall 12+ years of experience, 3+ years working with GCP/Azure and a proven track record for the below mentioned skills.
• Experience working in Agile environment and product backlog grooming against ongoing engineering work
• Enterprise Change Management and change control, experience working within procedural and process driven environment
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tool Terraform and GitHub, understanding of concepts and familiarity working within modern IaC pipelines
• Experienced in Cloud FinOps implementation at enterprise level.
• Establish strong cost management practice and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ability to develop effective reporting schemes/metrics to maintain strong control on usage and billing of cloud services.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders (across IT, finance, business functions) and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Good understanding of billing on cloud platforms
• Understanding of cloud providers, platforms and configurations and familiarity with workload usage/consumption patterns on cloud.
• Experienced in Cloud Asset management implementation at enterprise level. Understand the asset management needs with extensive knowledge of the development and implementation of asset management strategies and services.
• Good Exposure to Cloud Adoption Framework, Well Architected Framework.
• Must have professional cloud certification on Azure/GCP.
• Sound knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD concepts, GitHub, branching strategies
