- Candidate should be able to independently carry out Electrical design calculations, major equipment sizing, Electrical calculations on ETAP software like SLD modeling, load flow, short circuit, relay coordination etc.
- Should have strong knowledge on layout Designing / drafting for power, lighting, earthing, lightning, electrical equipment layouts, Fire detection & alarm, Public address system, CCTV layouts including coordination with other groups
- Preparations of cable schedule / material take off schedule and cost estimates.
- Procurement activity for electrical items covering preparation of enquiry specification, review of quotes and preparation of TBA, preparation of order specifications, review of vendor drawings, review of electrical content for mechanical packages.
- Should be well aware of statutory/regulatory requirements of Indian & International standards.
- Should possess a sound knowledge on equipment selection criteria for Hazardous areas.
- Preparation of data sheets for electrical equipment’s.
Reviewing all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety, including leading HAZOP and PHA Reviews
