Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related functions, including performing modeling in SQL and using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience growing an eCommerce product, especially a subscription business.
Experience with an international B2C business.
Experience with marketing analytics, metric analysis, and measurement.
Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners, including product, engineering, and data science.
Excellent process and project management skills with the ability to set goals and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.
