- 7+ years of professional experience, serving healthcare and/or nonprofit organizations
- Experience developing and executing strategies that influence leadership decisions
- Experience managing programs with cross functional teams and building scalable processes to deliver results
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., business, healthcare, public health, computer science)
