Responsibilities
Works with high-level representatives from other functions (e.g., development group, PDM group, customer engineering) to integrate testing with other tech areas of a larger initiative. Networks with colleagues across the organization to gain insight, ideas, and connections and define right test strategies and plans.
Impact, influencing overall program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives. Errors are not readily apparent due to the complexity of work, process/product, or time between decisions and results. Errors typically result in significant expenditure of time, resources, and funds to correct.
Serves as a mentor to entire project team and teaches them about all EG features, systems interaction, testing strategies, and automation. Communicates performance expectations and monitors and evaluates performance of project team members to ensure plans are met.
Manages the implementation of a testing plan and ensures test cases appropriately and fully address the feature functionality. Creates overarching test strategy in order to direct work for the entire team.
Regularly checks in with team members to ensure that projects are running on schedule and that the right level and type of testing is being conducted. Engages in proactive discussions with colleagues from across the organization about addressing feature requirements and meeting client needs
Regular meeting with QC cross function teams to sync up all the game related info and requirements. Communicates within and outside of project team to resolve conflicts in technical implementation schedules, design challenges, and other complexities. Consults with other countries or large project team leaders to determine how best to address a new or unique problem.
Regular meetings with game studio to make sure EG features commercialization smoothly and actively to do testing support.
Regular meetings with customers to understand OEM requirements and do pre-test during internal projects and do necessary on site support per requirements.
Other test work support if need such as CA, Event support, focus on mobile but not limited to mobile, PC, XR game is also necessary.
Requirements:
Data sensitive, strong logic skill, self-driven and strong sense of responsibility
Experience with kinds of mobile testing 10 year+, perf, power, game testing is a good plus, PC game is a good plus
Good written and reading skills in both Chinese and English
5+ management skills, strong communication skill
Quick learning, open mind, and work with enthusiasm
Python, data processing, performance, mobile game, Linux, Android, PC game
Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree in Communication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience 14years
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
