Key Qualifications
- Expertise in large-scale data processing, with a track record of working with Spark and/or Flink, and device data processing.
- Understanding of distributed computing principles and data engineering standard methodologies.
- Proven programming skills in Python, Java, iOS development and Swift (Scala is desired).
- A genuine passion for working with data and solving sophisticated problems at scale.
- Experience with Machine Learning or data mining is desired.
Education & Experience
PhD, MS or BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
