Your role:

  • Create and deliver innovative Computed Tomography (CT) product training materials to be used by the application trainers for customers.
  • Monitor the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.
  • Provide support for regional customer training events, i.e., advanced level training for radiologists and technologists.
    • Performs demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment.
  • Keep in close contact with the product teams, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.
    • Participate in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings and provide clinical input.
  • Support clinical escalation management—assessing the customer problem, accepts formal escalation action requests, and works with the BU to bring the problem to resolution as soon as possible.
    • Conducts root cause analysis at the conclusion of escalations and initiates corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
  • Travel required, an estimated 20-30% of the time.

You're the right fit if:

  • 2+ years of experience in Radiation Oncology with an understanding of end-to-end workflow and requirements for radiation therapy clinical settings.
  • A certified CT Technologist, Dosimetrist, or Radiation Therapist (required).
  • Knowledge on the operation of a CT scanner and oncology planning systems, preferred.
  • You have strong communication skills to effectively work within a global team.
  • You have strong training and teaching skills, a creativity and enthusiasm for learning, and strong presentation skills.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
